DeepRanjani Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities through holistic care, inclusive education, vocational rehabilitation, therapy, and employment generation. The organization works with adolescents and adults with autism, Down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, and other developmental conditions, helping them build independence, confidence, and sustainable livelihoods.
The foundation follows an integrated approach that combines therapy, skill development, caregiver support, vocational training, and supported employment under one ecosystem. Through specialized vocational units such as bakery, handicrafts, multimedia, sewing, and spice production, beneficiaries are equipped with practical skills and employment opportunities that promote long-term economic independence.
DeepRanjani Foundation also focuses on caregiver empowerment and capacity building by conducting training programs for parents, educators, and professionals working in the disability sector. With a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, educators, and mentors, the organization is committed to creating an inclusive society where neurodiverse individuals can live with dignity, purpose, and opportunity.

Our training spans bakery, handicrafts, multimedia design, sewing, spice production, and other livelihood-focused activities, complemented by therapy, caregiver support, and employment facilitation.
