Charity Bib

Those who wish to participate in TSW25K but are unable to do so because of closure of run registration, can run through Charity bib. The charity bibs offer guaranteed participation even after general registrations get closed, as long as race rules are met and bibs in the desired category remain available. Support an NGO of your choice through buying a charity bib. The run registration is separate and has to be paid to Procam. Fill the form below and send your charity bib enquiry now. • Donor requests for a Charity Bib on the Philanthropy partners microsite www.tsw25k.impact360.org.in & chooses the participating NGO.
• The NGO will contact the donor, or the donor can also get in touch with NGO to check availability and amount.
• Donation can be made online or offline via NEFT/Cheque/DD in favour of Impact360 Foundation. Impact360 will only charge INR. 500 per bib as their administrative cost.
• A voucher code will be emailed to the donor who can then register at the event’s website. The registration fees must be paid separately by the donor/NGO supported, and is not included in the Charity Bib donation amount.
• The donor must register immediately after receiving the code, there will be no refund of donation in case of non-registration of runner.
• The running bib will be available at the Get Active Expo on 18th to 19th December 2026.
