Chakdaha, like many semi-urban communities across India, is home to a generation of young people brimming with potential — yet trapped in a cycle of unemployment and economic uncertainty. Despite expanding markets and improving infrastructure in the region, aspiring young entrepreneurs consistently face three critical barriers:
