Founded in 2017, the Social Transformation and Research Centre (STARC) is a not-for-profit organization working in education, equality, and community development. Operating from Sangam Vihar, Delhi, STARC runs remedial education, RTE support, and physical literacy programs. It adopts an integrated model combining academics, sports, and life skills to empower marginalized children for inclusive growth.
