Hi, I'm Nikita, and I work in HR, where my job, at its heart, is about people — understanding their needs, supporting them through challenges, and helping them thrive. It's a role built on empathy, and that's exactly why this cause means so much to me. I'm running the Tata Steel Marathon to raise funds for Tata Medical Center, giving cancer patients hope and a fighting chance.
Tata Medical Center is a hospital that has given thousands of cancer patients not just treatment, but hope, dignity, and a fighting chance. Just as I try to be there for people at work, I want to show up for people who are fighting the toughest battle of their lives.
Every step I take in this marathon will be for them — for the patients who need care, the families who need support, and the future we can help build together. I'd be deeply grateful if you could join me in this effort, through a donation, a word of encouragement, or simply spreading the word.
A Small Ask, For a Big Cause
Every year, thousands of people walk into Tata Medical Center searching for one thing — hope. Doctors, medicines, and treatment matter, but so does the support that makes world-class cancer care possible for those who can’t otherwise afford it.
This year, taking on the Tata Steel Marathon isn’t just about running a distance — it’s about raising funds that go directly toward that hope. But to make this registration count, the target contribution needs to be met, and that’s where you come in.
It doesn’t take much — even a small donation adds up when many people come together. If you’ve ever wanted to make a real difference without stepping outside your home, this is that moment.
Please take a minute to contribute. And if you can’t donate right now, sharing this with a friend or family member helps just as much.
Let’s make every kilometre run count for someone’s fight against cancer.
