I’m running this marathon with a purpose close to my heart. As the founder of Rescue and Relief Foundation, I work to create meaningful opportunities for children and young adults with intellectual disabilities. Over the years, I’ve seen how dignity, skill-building, and community acceptance can transform not just individuals, but entire families.
Our current project, Opportunity Café, is a special initiative run by young adults with intellectual disabilities. It is more than a café — it’s a space where they learn real-world vocational skills, build confidence, earn an income, and claim their rightful place in the community. Every cup served is a step toward independence and inclusion.
By participating in this marathon, I hope to raise awareness and support for this unique initiative. Your contribution will help us strengthen training, create more employment opportunities, and expand the café so that more young adults can lead empowered, self-reliant lives.

Their journeys fuel every step I take, every kilometre I run.
