About Us
Concern India Foundation is a registered non-profit, public charitable trust working towards helping people help themselves by making the disadvantaged self-reliant and enabling them to lead a life of dignity. Set up in 1991, Concern extends support to initiatives in education, health, environment sustainability, women empowerment, livelihoods, and empowerment of the differently-abled. Concern is headquartered in Mumbai and functions in Maharashtra, West Bengal, Odisha, Telengana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Delhi NCR.
We provide a reliable means for donors to contribute funds where they know they will be utilized toward the sustainable social and economic development of the disadvantaged.
We work with grassroots organisations that have passion and purpose, but are strapped for funds and also in our own directly implemented projects aimed at uplifting and empowering marginalized and underprivileged communities.
Our strength is our monitoring, evaluation and reporting system which is stringently carried out by our highly-qualified projects team.

Education of underprivileged children and providing scholarships to deserving young boys and girls
Empowering weavers: Weavers in the villages are skilled and proficient. However, they need design and marketing interventions -the crucial link which will give them an edge to keep up with the latest trends and reach out to a wide network of buyers. Concern India Foundation is empowering grass-roots weavers with such interventions
Empowering people with disabilities: Bringing therapy to differently-abled people according to each ones’ requirements and getting them gainfully employed
Tree plantation and maintenance: Concern India Foundation is on a drive to plant and maintain 50,000 trees-your support will help us in achieving this goal.
